How can I whitelist your IP addresses?

When you add new periodic check your service will be monitored by our agents. If your application or firewall restricts connections to your service please whitelist our monitoring agent IP addresses.

Does AppBeat offer monitoring automation?

Yes. We have REST API and open-source / cross-platform command line interface tool.

Can AppBeat team help us migrate our monitoring checks from current provider?

We currently offer migration assistance for Enterprise and Elite plans. Please contact us for details.
