I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

You can reset your password by entering AppBeat username or primary email that was used for account registration. If you don't know your username, you can find it on your AppBeat invoice.

I didn't receive confirmation email to register my account. What can I do?

Please make sure you are not using disposable or free email services, business email address is preferred. Reason for this is to prevent fraudulent registrations which we experienced in the past. Our onboarding staff will review each request. After approving your request you should receive confirmation email (NOTE: approval process may take up to few hours). If you are not using free email address and still don't receive your confirmation link, please contact us and we will help.

How can I whitelist your monitoring IP addresses on our firewall?

When you add new periodic check your service will be monitored by our globally distributed agents. If your application or firewall restricts connections to your service please whitelist our monitoring agent IPv4 & IPv6 addresses. Otherwise our monitoring probes will detect your service as "down" since we can't reach it.

Does AppBeat offer monitoring automation?

Yes. We have REST API and open-source / cross-platform command line interface tool.

Can AppBeat team help us migrate our monitoring checks from current provider?

We currently offer migration assistance for Enterprise and Elite plans. Please contact us for details.
Other users can use our REST Automation API but of course we will do our best to assist you if you encounter any problems or have questions.
