Our monitoring software is built with .NET Core and runs on Windows / Linux Docker containers across the world. Our infrastructure uses established cloud providers such as Azure and AWS with multiple deployments in different data centers for high availability.

All sensitive data is encrypted with industry standard encryption algorithms. Payments are processed by Braintree, a PayPal company (PCI DSS compliant) - we don't store your credit card details on our servers.
